The Challenge: Dr. Joel Fuhrman's 6 Week Plan from his book 'Eat To Live.'

I'm a 30 year old woman with Osteoarthritis, Fibromayalgia, Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder, Sleep Apnea, Asthma, and a whole lot of extra weight.

Will this just be another one of those hyped up programs that makes big promises but doesn't deliver? Or will this turn out to be what I've been searching for all along? I guess we're gonna find out.
