Update 9/21/12
Osteoarthritis and Fibromyaliga: pain got increasingly worse when I started this plan, it was pretty bad but I just assume it is part of detox.
Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder and Sleep Apnea: I've been up around 9am and asleep before midnight on average since I started this plan. That, for me, is a miracle.
Anemia: My energy levels are getting higher everyday: if it weren't for the pain, I'd be doing a lot more moving around.
Asthma: Has been acting up due to seasonal allergies and cigarette smoking.
Obesity: My body feels better but no signs of weight loss. I don't plan on measuring or weighing till I see my doctor on October 26.
Food Addiction and Binge Eating: At first the cravings were there, but since I now knew about the "toxic hunger" I just ignored them and tolerated the withdrawal symptoms, knowing the more I did that, the better off I'd be soon. Now the cravings are little to none. I know I can have something I crave if I really want to, but I think it's more special to do so on special occasions or once in a while. So I do not feel any urges to indulge and my withdrawal symptoms (toxic hunger) are going way down. I actually ate a modest dinner around 7pm and did not touch another morsel of food till the next day - I had no desire! Normally I'd be snacking the night away... this is great progress.
Other: When I started the plan I got some bad headaches and felt pretty crappy but that didn't last too long - I'm already feeling pretty awesome and it's only day 10. My BMs were a bit all over the place - I got pretty constipated, which is not abnormal for detoxing as far as I've read. I'm proud to say that this morning I believe I had an almost perfect BM :-P So far, I'm not having trouble with the program and would have no problem eating this way for the rest of my life. My partner is getting on board too!
