Goals

Health

I don't want to spend anymore of my life being a "victim" of unhealthy circumstances - there is no real quality in that kind of existence.  If I'm informed enough to know what I need to do, then not trying everyday to get healthy is inexcusable: This should be my full time job.  And my number one goal in this journey is to actually make getting and being healthy the top priority, instead of just giving it lip-service.

Because my health is so bad, I'm incredibly inhibited in what I do in life, day to day.  I have dreams and goals that I've never really been able to indulge in because I've been bogged down by battling my various health issues.  The health goals have always come first, but they never end and so my other life goals always stayed at the sidelines, just waiting for me to finally clear the muck and make room for them.

I need to be healthy.  That's it, simple, but more important than anything.

What That Looks Like

Health...
  • Means a body that functions, works at an optimum level.
  • It means being disease free.
  • It means having enough energy to do anything I put my mind to.
  • It means getting restful sleep.
  • It means being strong and mobile.
  • It means having enough oxygen to breath during exertion.
  • It means walking without an aide.
  • It means not being in pain.
  • It means good concentration and memory.
  • It means not being anxious, stressed, and depressed.
  • It means not having an abundance of fat in and around my organs.
  • It means ending the cycle of failed attempts.
  • It means no more Pleasure Trap.
  • It means balance.
  • It means life.
